Power Washing
Power washing provides the use of hot water over traditional pressure washing. By using hot water this often minimizes the use of harsh chemicals. This helps prevent corrosion in many commercial applications. We can adjust the temperature of the water from ambient to 225 degrees to fit your cleaning needs. By doing this the heat help break down the grime that dirt and dust stick to.

Soft Washing
Soft washing is an exterior cleaning method that uses low water pressure, 500 psi and lower. This service is great for cleaning homes, decks, fences and many other surfaces that could be damaged by higher pressure cleaning methods. With soft washing, cleaning solutions are often times required. Surface Pros offers many different types of cleaning solution to best fit your cleaning needs and the surrounds. We do not use a 1 type fits all solution. Using the wrong solution in the wrong application could cause damage.

Roof cleaning is a soft wash process that helps prolong the life of your roof. Your roof grows bacteria and other organisms such as mold, mildew, lichen, algae, and moss. This growth can shorten the life of your roof and cause discoloration and stains. The added growth on the shingles causes the shingles to dry out and became brittle faster. Mold growth on your roof or exterior can cause health issue as the mold can get indoors and cause even greater expenses. The ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufactures Association) recommends that you have your roof cleaned. By doing so this helps the roofing products last the length of time that it is designed for and lowers the cost on your repair bills. Gutter Vac Cleaning
Gutter Vac Cleaning is a process using state of the art vacuum system to remove debris from your gutters. Blowers require someone being on the roof.
